The Board of Governors (BOG) is the College's forum for the grassroots members.

Governors are the only elected leaders in the College, and they represent all 50 U.S. States, Canada, Mexico, the Army, Navy, Air Force, Veterans and Public Health.

By virtue of the ACC Bylaws, ACC Governors of U.S. States also serve as the Chapter President for their local state chapter.

International Chapters are not under the charge of the Board of Governors.

Military members are encouraged to participate in the state chapter of their current location.   Any military specific issues can be addressed by their respective governor representative.
