All CCA Chapter Liasons are elected by CCAs ONLY.  Their election cycle is concurrent with the BOG elections, in which CCAs also vote, however election states may differ. 

CCA Chapter Liaison election states for 2010 include:

                         Alabama, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, Upstate and Downstate New York, Ohio,  
                  South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
