Chapter Executives are professional Chapter managers.
They contract directly with a Chapter, and are not employed by the ACC.
Many own or work for an Association Management Company (AMC), which is a professional service firm.
AMCs provide management services in, for example:
- membership support services
- financial management and reporting
- Council and Committee support
- legislative support
- marketing and communications
- publication development
- event and conference management
as well as the facilities, personnel, and equipment necessary to effectively manage the organization.
Chapter Affairs holds a quarterly call for the Chapter Executives. Please contact chapters@acc.org for more information.
