Chapter Bylaws 
   

Changes in by-laws of an ACC Chapter require review and approval of the BOG Steering Committee.

Chapters should follow the following procedure to gain approval:

 

  1. Submit proposed by-laws change to the council obtaining a vote in favor of the change by chapter leaders.
  2. Submit to the Chair of the BOG Steering Committee (via the ACC Chapter staff) a letter outlining the reasons for changing the by-laws and include the proposed new clause(s) and the current clause(s).
  3. The BOG Steering Committee will vote on the proposed by-laws change at their next meeting. The BOG Steering Committee meets the second Tuesday of every month.
