The Chapter Operations Manual is a guidelines and operations manual developed to help Chapters maintain operational transparency and legal compliance.
It is crtical that Chapter Presidents and Chapter Executives maintain their legal filings and records as outlined in this manual in order to avoid unintended breaches of legal or business ethics. Compliance with this Operations Check List is mandatory for Chapters applying for the Chapter Recognition Award, and should be followed by all Chapters.
ACC policies and processes on good business practices for all Chapters are also included.
