The College is the central collection point for member dues (national, chapter, and section).
To simply the experiance for members, one bill is sent from ACC which invoices the member for national dues, chapter dues, section dues, etc. Throughout the year, the Membership Dept works in conjunction with the Chapters to remind members to pay via mail and email.
Each month Chapters receive the dues that have been collected to date through a direct deposit. While ACC shares members and mission with its Chapters, we do not share a budget -- Chapters are legally and fiscally seperate from National. Chapter dues form the basis of a Chapter's entire budget.
Member dues are **ONLY** mandatory for FACCs. CCAs are optional, and FITs and Emeritus are complimentary.
