The College supports the use and adoption of HIT technology to promote quality in cardiovascular health.

ACC does not endorse particular EMR vendors.  However, the following are EMRs which are compatible with Pinnacle registry:

- GEMMS has been certified for data collection and data export

- MIE, DocSite, and NextGen are all certified for data collection and are currently in the process of being certified for data export.  Practices can collect Pinnacle Program data and will be able to transmit data to the ACC once their export process has been certified.
